He has extensive experience in the local residential housing market, having completed over 10,000 residential appraisals in his career, during all types of housing cycles. Sate of Florida license is State-certified residential appraiser RD 966.
Community activities include Alliance for Independence (past president and current board member), School Advisory Councils, Lakeland Evening Sertoma (past president), and 6 Man Club for Florida Southern College. Family includes wife Mary and children Bill and Ashley.
